"Felt a bit too expensive for me"
I’m not totally sure if my expectations were too high, but the prices felt steep for what I ended up getting. I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but overall the value just didn’t really seem to line up with what I paid.
Maybe it’s a better fit for other people, and I could be being a little picky, but I left feeling kind of disappointed. Unless the prices come down quite a bit, I probably wouldn’t order from lhasaoms.com again.

"Checkout was more annoying than I expected"
The site itself was easy to look through, and I found what I needed while I was half-watching TV after dinner, so that part was fine. But when I got to checkout, the payment options felt really limited. I couldn’t use the wallet I normally use for online orders, and the card payment felt kind of clunky for some reason. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind it, but I almost bailed at that point. It would be a lot better if they added a few more ways to pay.

"Works fine, but I had to dig around a bit"
The site did what I needed it to do, but I felt like I had to spend more time than I wanted just finding basic info. Most pages loaded fine for me, so that wasn’t really the issue. It’s more that the navigation felt a little messy, and I personally prefer things to be a lot easier to find...

"Didn’t feel that comfortable ordering"
The site just felt kind of off to me, like something didn’t seem totally right. I was going to place an order, but I didn’t really feel safe doing it here, so I ended up not going through with it.

I couldn’t really understand the product details from the listing. To be fair, the product might be fine, but the description didn’t give me enough clear information to feel confident about what I was getting. I think it would be better for shoppers if the details were explained more clearly.

"Packaging really could’ve been better"
My order showed up in this super thin box with almost no padding, so yeah, not great. The corners were all crushed, and the stuff inside looked like it had been bouncing around the whole way. For what I paid, I expected a bit more care with the packaging. Not the best first experience with lhasaoms.com.

"The return took forever to get…"
The return took forever to get processed, and my refund still hasn’t shown up. I’ve been patient, but at this point it’s definitely taking longer than it should. Not the smoothest experience.

"Couldn't find much on sustainability"
The site was easy to use overall, but I didn’t come across much clear info about sustainability or packaging. Maybe I just checked at a bad time or missed a section that’s being updated, but for a store selling these kinds of products, I expected to see more about sourcing or eco-friendly practices. It might be there somewhere, it just wasn’t very easy to find.

"Clean and safe, but the wait was frustrating"
I had a good visit overall. The place looked clean, and I appreciated that they used sealed tools. The staff were wearing gloves and masks too, so I definitely felt safe while I was there. The only downside was that I ended up waiting longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. I’m hoping they can make up for that somehow, but aside from the wait, everything else was fine

"Reordering is fine, but could be smoother"
Reordering does work, so that’s good, but tbh it takes a few extra clicks than I’d like. Not a huge deal, just not as quick or seamless as it could be

"Looked better online than it felt in person"
I really wanted to like this because it looked nice in the photos, but once I got it, it just felt kind of cheap to me. The finish wasn’t great, and after using it for a short while, I already started noticing wear. Maybe I’m picky about quality, but for me it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t buy it again unless they seriously improve how it’s made

"Super Comfortable Needles!!!"
These needles were really comfortable!!! They felt smooth going in, and I barely even noticed them the whole time!!! Overall, really happy with them!!!

"A Little Hit-or-Miss, but Still Helpful"
I remember feeling relieved when I found a few discounts on Lhasa OMS because every little bit helped at the time. Some of the promo codes didn’t actually work when I got to checkout, which was a little frustrating, but I did manage to save something in the end. Overall, it was an okay experience, not amazing, not terrible, just kind of average

"Pretty decent stock overall"
I was checking lhasaoms for a few things and, surprisingly, most of what I needed was actually in stock. The availability was easy enough to see, so I wasn’t sitting there trying to figure out if I could order it or not. One of the items wasn’t available, which was kind of annoying, but compared to some other places I looked, their inventory seemed better. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Order was accurate and I’d shop here again"
I ordered a few items from Lhasa OMS and everything arrived exactly as expected. Nothing was missing, and the sizes and colors all matched what I picked. One of the packing labels was a little confusing at first, so I had to double-check it, but the actual order was right. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely consider ordering from them again. I’d give it 4 stars

"My order total showed one price, but..."
My order total showed one price, but then my card got charged something different. It wasn’t a big difference, but still, billing should be accurate, accurate. I had to go back and check my bank app just to make sure I wasn’t seeing things, and it made the whole order feel way more annoying than it needed to be. Support also took too long to sort it out, so i won’t be using lhasaoms.com again.

"Better selection than I expected"
I think I first checked them out a few weeks ago, or maybe sometime last month, and I was surprised by how much they had. The selection was good, definitely more than I expected, and I found a couple things I hadn’t been able to track down on other sites. Some of the categories could be a little easier to browse, but overall there are plenty of nice options. I’d give it 4 stars.
